How the Retractable Roof Shutter Works?
- Motor Activation: The electric motor starts working. It provides the driving force for the entire system.
- Power Transfer via Timing Belt: The motor rotates and drives the timing belt.
- Pulley Bearing Rotation: As the timing belt moves, it turns the pulley bearings.
- Side Rail Guidance: The side rails act as tracks. They keep the shutter slats aligned and moving in a straight, controlled direction.
- Panel Retraction or Extension: Guided by the side rails and driven by the belt system, the aluminum slats slide.
- Position Locking: Once fully opened or closed, the motor stops automatically, holding the shutters securely in place for safety and stability.
